About the Opportunity
Our client is a luxury healthcare company seeking someone to head up the Marketing function. In this role, you will be responsible for digital marketing and social media marketing as well as working with higher end brands. This is a great role for someone who is high touch, hungry and excited about a company that is growing!
The annual base salary range is $150,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and lead marketing Initiatives
- Identify markets and opportunities for business development needs
- Create and execute a marketing strategy
- Collect and test information to help leadership understand the specific needs of our customers
- Develop content and training programs for internal awareness and education on product
- Track and measure the effectiveness and impact of all marketing activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Luxury clientele/audience experience is ideal**
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing – ideally with a focus in digital marketing
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and proven management skills
- Healthcare experience is a plus!
- Organization skills, able to create & maintain project plans
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of social media
