About the Opportunity
Our client is a real estate development firm looking to hire an Office Manager/Personal Assistant for their office in Manhattan. We’re looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support an executive and their family, offering essential assistance with both professional and personal needs. This role calls for a detail-oriented, well-organized individual with excellent communication skills who is comfortable in a team-oriented, collaborative office environment. The ideal candidate will bridge the executive’s work and family commitments seamlessly.
The annual base salary range is $80,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- This person will work very closely with the C-Suite
- Perform day-to-day office management for the office
- Maintain equipment and office supply inventory
- Provide general administrative support to staff including mailings, preparation of travel reports, coordinating travel, and preparation of pre-meeting materials
- Assist with personal assistant duties as needed
- Undertake other duties/special projects as requested
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-6 years of administrative support, including Personal Assistant experience is required
- Experience within Real Estate is a plus
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Quickbooks experience is a plus
- Have a proactive mindset and like helping people solve problems
