About the Opportunity
Our client is a Tech company in Manhattan looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join their recruitment team. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will leverage various sourcing channels to actively seek potential candidates, engage with passive candidates, and cultivate talent pipelines for future hiring needs. The annual base salary range is $60,000 to $90,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, own and execute creative sourcing strategies
- Develop talent pipelines for hiring needs through web sourcing, networking, candidate referrals and other ways
- Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of recruitment sourcing experience at a tech firm or startup
- Bachelor’s Degree required
