About the Opportunity:
The Dental Hygienist role involves collaborating with the dentist to meet patients' oral health needs, providing high levels of patient care and satisfaction in a team-based environment. Responsibilities include handling various clinical duties essential for dental office operations, requiring exceptional customer service skills and a strong commitment to working with patients, doctors, dental assistants, and other dental office team members. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $55.00 to $65.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate GBT Guided Biofilm Therapy equipment.
- Provide oral hygiene treatment and education per state guidelines.
- Apply fluoride and protective sealants, remove calculus, stain, and plaque.
- Provide nutritional counseling and preventative self-care programs.
- Record and review patient medical histories.
- Uphold office policies, including HIPAA & OSHA.
- Order and manage inventory as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene school.
- Valid DH state license and X-Ray certification.
- Minimum of one year hands-on experience as a dental hygienist.
- Experience operating GBT Guided Biofilm Therapy equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
