About the Opportunity:
Provide a high level of patient care and satisfaction in a team-based environment as a Dental Hygienist. Collaborate with dentists to meet patients' oral health needs, handling various clinical duties for dental office operations. Utilize exceptional customer service skills and a strong commitment to patient care, while working well with doctors, dental assistants, and other team members. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $44.00 to $52.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct GBT Guided Biofilm Therapy equipment operation as required.
- Provide oral hygiene dental treatment and oral hygiene care and education according to state guidelines.
- Apply fluoride and protective sealants, and remove calculus, stain, and plaque.
- Provide nutritional counseling and self-care programs to prevent disease.
- Record and review patient medical histories.
- Uphold office policy, including HIPAA & OSHA.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Order and manage inventory as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene school.
- DH State license and X-Ray Certification.
- One year of hands-on experience as a hygienist.
- GBT Guided Biofilm Therapy equipment operation experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
