About the Opportunity:
A healthcare facility in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a 26-week locum assignment. This role offers a consistent 3×12 schedule within a medically directed anesthesia care team. Ideal candidates are comfortable managing a broad surgical case mix and working collaboratively in a high-acuity environment.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $220 to $240 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia across a range of surgical procedures in a medically directed model
- Collaborate with physician anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure safe, effective patient care
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage post-anesthesia recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow all safety protocols and regulatory standards
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CRNA experience required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and nurse anesthesia program
- Active Ohio RN license required
- Valid Ohio Certificate of Authority as a CRNA required
- ACLS certification required
- Experience with general, vascular, neuro, urology, and trauma cases preferred
