About the Opportunity:
An acute care hospital in Philadelphia is seeking a Board-Certified Radiologist for a long-term locum tenens assignment. This role offers a diverse subspecialty case mix and the opportunity to work across multiple imaging modalities in a high-acuity clinical environment.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $485 to $500 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret imaging studies across XR, CT, MR, US, and Fluoroscopy
- Perform light interventional radiology (IR) procedures and joint injections
- Manage a broad case mix including ER, MSK, cardiothoracic, neuro, pediatrics, and fluoroscopy cases
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care and diagnostic accuracy
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified in Radiology (required)
- Minimum 2 years of radiology experience required
- Active state license or willingness to obtain (licensing assistance available)
- Experience across multiple imaging modalities
- Experience with light IR procedures and joint injections
- Strong efficiency and diagnostic accuracy in a clinical setting
Scheduling & Contract Details:
- Location: Philadelphia, PA
- Pay Rate: $485–$500/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Assignment Length: 52 Weeks (ongoing, long-term contracts)
- Start Date: June 1, 2026 (ASAP availability considered)
- Setting: Acute Care Hospital
- Minimum 40 hours per month required
- Providers must maintain at least 3 months of scheduled shifts at all times
- Year-long commitment preferred, though shorter timelines may be considered
- Onsite role with all-inclusive hourly rate
