About the Opportunity:
Our client, an acute care hospital in Leesburg, FL, is seeking a Radiologist with a strong focus in Mammography for a long-term locum tenens assignment. This role combines breast imaging with general diagnostic radiology, offering a well-rounded case mix across multiple subspecialties.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $500 to $515 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret mammography studies including screenings and diagnostic procedures
- Read general diagnostic imaging across XR, CT, MR, US, and Fluoroscopy
- Manage a diverse case mix including MSK, neuro, and breast imaging
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care and diagnostic accuracy
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified in Radiology (required)
- Minimum 2 years of radiology experience required
- Strong experience in mammography (required)
- Ability to read all modalities
- Experience with MSK and neuro imaging preferred
- Active state license or willingness to obtain (licensing assistance available)
Scheduling & Contract Details:
- Location: Leesburg, FL
- Pay Rate: $500–$515/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Assignment Length: 52 Weeks (ongoing, long-term contracts)
- Start Date: June 1, 2026 (ASAP availability considered)
- Setting: Acute Care Hospital
- Full-time weekday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Minimum 40 hours per month required
- Providers must maintain at least 3 months of scheduled shifts at all times
- Year-long commitment preferred, though flexibility may be considered
- Onsite role with all-inclusive hourly rate
