About the Opportunity:
This part-time contract position involves working as an Office Clerk/Data Entry specialist for the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes. Responsibilities include processing applications related to licensure, performing administrative, clerical, and document-processing tasks to ensure timely and accurate application processing in accordance with state laws, rules, and agency procedures. Additionally, the position involves data entry, document review, deficiency identification, and workflow management tasks.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $14.39 to $17.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process applications related to licensure within the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes.
- Perform administrative, clerical, and document-processing tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate application processing in accordance with state laws, rules, and agency procedures.
- Conduct data entry and document review.
- Identify deficiencies in applications and manage workflow tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of regulatory experience.
- Preferred experience with professional licensing applications.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Experience in document review and deficiency identification.
- Workflow management experience.
- Preferred experience working with the State of Florida.
- Preferred experience in State of Florida document and application processing.
