About the Opportunity:
The Budget Analyst provides expert analysis in the field of condominium, timeshare, and mobile home financial matters in the Tallahassee area. As a Budget Analyst, you apply relevant laws, rules, and policies to ensure financial compliance around budget reviews and financial statements. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $30.47 to $36.01 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct fact-finding interviews and take statements.
- Collect and analyze evidence related to budget and financial matters.
- Conduct thorough investigations and interpret financial compliance based on statutes.
- Write accurate investigative reports.
- Monitor compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, and organizational policies.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Two years of investigative experience in researching and analyzing statutory issues.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply statutes and administrative rules to specific scenarios.
- Skilled with strong oral and written communication.
- Experience using Versa Regulation and Onbase is highly desired.
