About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leading healthcare system in San Francisco, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time contract opportunities within general acute care settings. These roles support a range of high-acuity units and patient populations, offering the opportunity to work within specialized areas of hospital-based care.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $50 to $75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care within acute care hospital settings
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in clinical status
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
Job Requirements:
- Active California RN License (required)
- BSN required
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience within an acute care specialty (required)
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Experience working in high-acuity environments
- BLS required (ACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications may be required based on unit)
