About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Room (ER) department. This role provides critical emergency care to patients in a high-paced environment. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $45.65 to $53.95 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct emergency assessments and create appropriate care plans.
- Provide acute care and administer emergency medications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Radiology to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress using Epic charting system.
- Stay informed on best practices in emergency nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- BSN, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Trauma and Adult Emergency Department.
- Proficiency in Epic charting system required.
- Strong skills in managing acute emergencies and patient care prioritization.
- CA RN License required (EMSA not accepted).
