About the Opportunity:
This contract position seeks an LPN to provide patient care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring in the Albuquerque, NM, facility. The role involves documenting patient information and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $24.48 to $28.93 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create care plans.
- Provide medication administration and wound care.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress in medical records.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of NM.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
