About the Opportunity:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a healthcare setting. This full-time contract position requires delivering direct patient care, administering medications, and supporting patients with daily living activities. The LPN collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and monitors patient health changes, documenting all observations accurately.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $28.88 to $34.13 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and creating individualized care plans.
- Providing wound care and other clinical nursing services as needed.
- Collaborating with physicians and nurses to coordinate patient treatments.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and response to treatment.
- Staying informed on latest nursing practices and healthcare protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience in a hospital or similar healthcare environment preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
