About the Opportunity:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role involves providing dedicated care to residents with Alzheimer's and Dementia at an all-secured facility. The position is full-time and involves day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM on a 4 on 2 off rotation.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.81 to $31.69 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments and assisting in creating care plans for residents.
- Providing essential nursing care and monitoring daily health metrics.
- Collaborating with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress.
- Staying informed on best practices in Alzheimer's and Dementia care.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar care setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
