About the Opportunity:
Provide compassionate care and support to patients in a dynamic healthcare environment as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a part-time contract. Monitor patient health, administer basic patient care, and assist in activities of daily living. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery. This is a part-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $27.23 to $32.18 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create care plans.
- Provide therapeutic services and education to patients.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
- Stay informed on best practices in nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN certification or degree.
- Minimum of one year experience in a clinical setting.
