About the Opportunity:
Our client, a prominent Acute Care hospital in Brooklyn, is seeking experienced Emergency Room and Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurses for full-time contract roles. These positions support high-acuity patient populations and require strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and experience in fast-paced hospital environments.
Shifts are 3×12, with day and night options available!
The estimated base pay for this position is $68 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to acutely ill and critically ill patients
- Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control practices
Job Requirements:
- Active NYS RN license
- BSN required
- Minimum 2+ years of RN experience in the applicable specialty (ER or ICU)

- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
ICU Requirements:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- TCAR
- AHA Stroke Certification
