About the Opportunity:
This part-time contract position involves providing occupational therapy services to patients. Occupational Therapists evaluate and develop customized treatment plans aimed at improving patients' independence and quality of life. Services are delivered in Kewanee, IL, with occasional assistance needed in Toulon, just 20 minutes away.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $42.90 to $50.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide occupational therapy and education to patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.

Job Requirements:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
