About the Opportunity:
We offer a contract opportunity for Occupational Therapists (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to provide specialized therapy services to patients. This role involves working closely with patients to improve their ability to perform tasks in living and working environments. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $35.75 to $42.25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate effective care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
- Stay informed on the latest research and practices in occupational therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Occupational Therapy degree or certification as COTA.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
