About the Opportunity:
This contract position involves providing occupational therapy services to patients. The role requires evaluating patients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and assisting with rehabilitation goals to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $33.00 to $39.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and education.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay informed on current practices and research in occupational therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Valid occupational therapist (OT) or certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
