About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Conduct evaluations of patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy aimed at improving independence in daily living skills. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $54.45 to $64.35 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders and referrals.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise COTAs in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state OT license, or ability to obtain one.
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
