About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy to enhance independence in daily living skills. Offer this care in a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $52.80 to $62.40 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans for patients per physician orders or referrals.
- Provide therapy to improve patients' independence in daily living skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient care.
- Monitor and document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) per practice acts and facility policies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state OT license or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
