About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients according to state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility. This is a part-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $38.50 to $45.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and create personalized care plans.
- Provide direct physical therapy treatments to improve patient mobility.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care.
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs according to practice acts.
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state PT license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to various facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
