About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $44.00 to $52.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and create individualized care plans.
- Provide direct physical therapy to restore function and mobility.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Document services accurately and timely.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state PT license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
