About the Opportunity:
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients at a CCRC setting in Oakland, CA. This is a full-time contract position that includes direct patient care, evaluation, and development of personalized therapy plans. Work with patients to improve their physical function and manage pain, while contributing to an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care delivery. Work availability includes some weekend shifts.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $47.85 to $56.55 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical assessments and create individualized care plans.

Job Requirements:
