About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position as a Physical Therapist involves providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, creating individualized care plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and physical function.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $46.75 to $55.25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and create care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patient mobility and functional capabilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Monitor, document, and report on patient progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay informed on current practices and advancements in physical therapy to enhance service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
- Preferred experience with Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
