About the Opportunity:
Provide supportive physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist patients in regaining function and mobility. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $33.00 to $39.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapeutic interventions and exercises as planned by the Physical Therapist.
- Provide patient education on maintaining mobility and preventing injury.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to modify care plans as necessary.
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay informed on current best practices in physical therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of California.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
