About the Opportunity:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you provide therapeutic physical interventions to patients, enhancing their mobility and physical performance. This part-time contract position involves working closely with licensed physical therapists to assist with patient care, ensuring all therapeutic interventions align with outlined treatment plans.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $35.75 to $42.25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting physical therapy interventions according to prescribed treatment plans.
- Providing patient education regarding physical therapy exercises and routines.
- Collaborating with physical therapists and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and response to therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
