About the Opportunity:
This is a part-time contract position for a Physical Therapist Assistant, tasked with providing physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The role requires adherence to state/federal regulations and facility guidelines to assist patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving treatment goals.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $30.25 to $35.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy interventions per PT plan of care
- Document patient progress and response to treatment
- Assist with patient education and home exercise programs
- Communicate patient status to supervising PT
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
