About the Opportunity:
The role involves providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, assisting in rehabilitation exercises, and supporting the Physical Therapist in implementing care plans. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.40 to $31.20 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and assisting with creating care plans.
- Providing rehabilitation exercises and therapy under the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
- Collaborating with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and reporting to the treatment team.
- Staying informed on current practices in physical therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Minimum one year of experience working in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
