About the Opportunity:
We offer an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide therapeutic care to patients. The main responsibilities include assisting in patient interventions, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring adaptive techniques to promote patient rehabilitation. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $35.75 to $42.25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and treatment interventions.
- Provide education to patients and families on care plans.
- Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Stay informed on current practices in physical therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current PTA licensure in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
