About the Opportunity:
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides essential support in physical therapy services to patients. This part-time contract position collaborates closely with physical therapists to implement care plans designed to enhance patient mobility and recovery.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $35.75 to $42.25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting patient assessments and implementing care plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and functional training.
- Collaborate with physical therapists to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
- Stay informed on current practices in physical therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting.
