About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time contract position for a Physical Therapist Assistant. The role includes providing therapy services in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Assisted Living/Independent Living (AL/IL) settings. The position guarantees 36 hours per week, and the candidate starts as soon as possible.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $34.65 to $40.95 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy assessments and create care plans for residents.
- Provide individualized physical therapy services.

Job Requirements:
