About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. This full-time contract position involves evaluating patients, planning treatments, and delivering therapy to enhance communication and swallowing functions.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $39.60 to $46.80 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility.
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
