About the Opportunity:
Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a full-time contract position. This role involves providing comprehensive speech therapy services to patients, focusing on improving their communication and swallowing abilities. SLPs collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans suited to each patient's needs.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $53.90 to $63.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for patients with speech and language disorders.
- Provide therapy to improve patients' communication and swallowing function.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress effectively.
- Stay informed on current research and practices in speech-language pathology.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar settings preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
