About the Opportunity:
This Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity involves evaluating and treating patients with communication, speech, and swallowing disorders. The role focuses on providing comprehensive therapy interventions and creating individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $53.90 to $63.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough speech and language assessments and creating effective care plans.
- Providing tailored therapy interventions to patients with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress regularly.
- Staying informed on the latest research and practices in speech-language pathology.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
