About the Opportunity:
Provide speech-language pathology services to patients as part of a collaborative healthcare team. This is a full-time contract position. Engage in diagnosing and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans to improve communication efficiency and swallowing skills.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $42.90 to $50.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide therapy interventions targeting communication and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with physicians, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Stay informed on current research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Completion of LARA fingerprints.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare settings such as hospitals or rehabilitation centers.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
