About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position involves providing high-quality care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Responsibilities focus on caring for patients in various healthcare settings, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $26.40 to $31.20 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and assist in developing care plans.
- Provide nursing care, including administration of medication and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
- Stay informed of best practices in nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar healthcare setting.
