About the Opportunity:
As a Psych Tech, you provide direct care and clinical services to in-patient psychiatric patients on an individual basis. This role includes activities such as daily living, social and psychiatric rehabilitation as directed by the RN. You communicate effectively with patients and ensure they have access to required services, informing the RN of any patient changes. Participation in rounds and group therapy is required as needed. This is a full-time contract position with duties that include a rotating shift schedule involving days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends, on call, and call back per unit needs.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $25.30 to $29.90 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting direct care and clinical services for psychiatric patients.

- Participating in rounds and group therapy sessions.
Job Requirements:
- AAS degree in psychology or sociology.
- BLS certification from AHA.
- 2 years of recent experience as a Psych Tech.
- Experience working with children/adolescents ranging from ages 8 – 18.
