About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract opportunity involves providing patient care and support activities at Larkin Chase Center. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, ensuring comfort, and maintaining the safety of patients under medical supervision. The estimated base pay for these positions are $13.48 to $15.93 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and support care plans.
- Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient status and progress.
Job Requirements:
- Certified Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA).
- Experience in a long-term care or similar setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
