About the Opportunity:
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Telemetry unit provides specialized care to patients requiring constant monitoring and telemetry services. This full-time contract position involves offering critical support to ensure optimal patient outcomes and maintaining patient safety.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $52.25 to $61.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and creating detailed care plans.
- Providing telemetry monitoring and education to patients and families.
- Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress accurately and timely.
- Staying informed on telemetry healthcare practices and advancements.
Job Requirements:
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
- Active Pennsylvania RN license and fingerprinting required.
- Minimum experience with 1:4-1:6 nurse-to-patient ratios and ventilator experience.
