About the Opportunity:
As an Ultrasound Tech specializing in Maternal Fetal care, you provide crucial diagnostic imaging services to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. This full-time contract position requires expertise in conducting comprehensive OB/GYN assessments, with the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment. The role focuses on diagnosing complex pregnancy and gynecologic conditions and includes scanning 7-10 patients daily, primarily for OB exams. The position adheres to a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with no weekend or on-call requirements.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $55.00 to $65.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct OB/GYN assessments and create care plans.
- Provide diagnostic imaging using GE Voluson E10 and GE ViewPoint.
- Collaborate with radiology professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and imaging results.
- Stay informed on advancements in maternal fetal medicine.
Job Requirements:
- ARDMS OB/GYN and BLS certifications.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in maternal fetal settings.
- Experience with GE imaging equipment.
- Strong skills in conducting a range of OB exams, including trimester evaluations and high-risk OB assessments.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
