About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position as an Ultrasound Tech assists patients by providing diagnostic ultrasound services. The role includes performing scans focusing on abdomen, breast, OB/GYN, and vascular areas. Techs work a 7 on 7 off schedule, with hours from 1:30 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Sunday. Rotating on-call duties occur one night a week during work weeks and every 8th weekend.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $51.15 to $60.45 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic ultrasound assessments and create care plans.
- Provide reports or findings using specific ultrasound types.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
- Stay informed on new developments in ultrasound technology and practice.
Job Requirements:
- ARDMS certification.
- BLS certification.
- Experience in abdomen, breast, OB/GYN, and vascular ultrasound.
