About the Opportunity:
The Ultrasound Tech Maternal Fetal position involves providing specialized care and conducting ultrasound examinations on adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients for maternal-fetal medicine. This full-time contract role demands expertise in performing a variety of obstetric and some occasional gynecologic scans using GE equipment. The estimated base pay for these positions is $55.00 to $65.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct maternal-fetal ultrasound assessments, including various OB exam types.
- Provide occasional gynecologic ultrasound scans.
- Collaborate with radiology professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress through detailed reporting.
- Stay informed on the latest maternal-fetal medicine practices and technologies.
Job Requirements:
- ARDMS OB/GYN and BLS certifications are required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in maternal-fetal medicine.
- Experience using GE ultrasound equipment.
- Strong skills in conducting a wide range of obstetric scans and occasional gyn scans.
