About the Opportunity:
Provide comprehensive care and support to patients in a healthcare setting. This full-time contract position involves a variety of responsibilities essential to patient care and well-being.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $25.03 to $29.58 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create tailored care plans.
- Provide medication administration and basic patient care.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and doctors to coordinate patient treatment.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
- Stay informed on best practices in patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid LPN license.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
