About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established professional services firm in Manhattan, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Global Benefits Analyst to join their team. This individual will play a vital role in administering comprehensive benefits programs across multiple regions, partnering with employees and vendors to ensure high-quality service and regulatory compliance.
The Global Benefits Analyst will be responsible for processing benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations related to UK, EMEA, and US plans, managing programs such as pensions, medical and life insurance, annual renewals, wellness initiatives, and statutory offerings. The role will ensure adherence to country-specific benefits regulations and keep documentation current, supporting audits as needed. This analyst will coordinate with brokers and vendors to resolve complex benefit inquiries, monitor and reconcile benefits invoices, prepare reports, and assist in benefits budgeting. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records for benefits eligibility and tracking absences linked to parental or sick leave.
The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer global benefits programs, including UK, EMEA, and US plans; process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage the administration of benefits, including pensions, medical/life insurance, annual renewals, wellness initiatives, and statutory programs; handle benefit queries and escalate when appropriate
- Ensure all benefits programs comply with US & UK legislation as well as other relevant country-specific regulations; maintain up-to-date benefits documentation and support audits
- Liaise with brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators to ensure high-quality service delivery and resolve complex issues efficiently
- Reconcile benefits invoices, monitor costs and trends, prepare reports, and support benefits budgeting
- Maintain accurate employee records for benefits eligibility, enrollment, and changes; track and process employee absences related to benefits, such as parental or sick leave
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Global Benefits, with proven UK benefits administration experience
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
