About the Opportunity
Our client is a prestigious global investment management firm located in midtown Manhattan that is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join their growing team! The role will be a great opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of campus recruiting lifecycle and hiring processes who is looking to join a successful and well equipped firm.
The annual base salary range is $80,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates
- Build and evolve long-term relationships with key universities
- Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events such as interviews, career fairs, presentations, Super Days, etc
- Work closely with HR Program Manager to create and enact dynamic university talent acquisition strategies
- Along with the HR team, manage the job offer process including employment verification/references, hire date, starting salary, etc
- Identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Previous financial services experience is preferred
- 2-8 years of campus recruiting experience, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
