About the Opportunity:
As a Physical Therapist in acute care, provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Engage in patient evaluation, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility. This is a part-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $39.60 to $46.80 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services and document services accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
