About the Opportunity
Are you a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant with a passion for orthopedic spine care? We’re seeking a highly skilled PA to join our client’s expanding team at their Bergen County location. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside leading spine specialists in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
The annual base salary range is $105,000 to $185,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments, review imaging studies, and develop individualized care plans for patients with spinal conditions
- Serve as first assist in the operating room and manage perioperative care to ensure smooth recovery and optimal outcomes
- Provide consistent care across two locations, supporting continuity and access for patients
- Guide patients and families through diagnoses, procedures, and recovery plans with clarity and compassion
- Collaborate with spine surgeons, rehabilitation specialists, and other providers to deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary care
Job Requirements
- Current NJ Physician Assistant license in good standing
- Strong background in orthopedic spine care, including surgical first assist and outpatient
- Proficient in diagnostic interpretation and evidence-based treatment planning
- Compassionate, clear, and confident communicator in a fast-paced clinical setting
