About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-regarded multi-strategy hedge fund in Manhattan, is seeking an accomplished and adaptable Global Human Resources Manager to oversee core HR functions and drive HR excellence across the organization. This individual will play a key role in managing onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience from start to finish.
The Global Human Resources Manager will run all aspects of in-house benefits administration and act as the main point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries. This role involves working closely with the Head of HR to support performance management programs and employee development reviews. The manager will coordinate immigration and mobility processes across multiple countries by partnering with legal advisors, managing documentation, and tracking work authorization requirements. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the selection and implementation of new HRIS and payroll systems.
This position follows a hybrid schedule.
The annual base salary range is $110,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and conduct full-cycle onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
- Benefits administration, will be running benefits in-house
- Serve as the focal point for all payroll and benefits-related matters and inquiries
- Work with the Head of HR to implement and assist with performance management and employee development reviews
- Coordinate international immigration and mobility processes, partnering with legal advisors to manage case documentation, timelines, and work authorization requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Assist with selection process of the HRIS and payroll system
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of HR experience
- Must have experience with global immigration
- Financial Services experience is a must
- Bachelor’s degree is required
