About the Opportunity
Our client, a reputable real estate investment firm in Manhattan, is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Junior Administrative Assistant to support senior members of the team. This professional will play an essential role in managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring that meetings, travel arrangements, and communications are handled efficiently and with the utmost discretion.
The Administrative Assistant will coordinate complex calendars, manage email and correspondence, monitor budgets as needed, and process confidential material. This individual will oversee written communications, liaise with vendors, and maintain office supplies to support a seamless and productive work environment. Adaptability, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are crucial for success in this fast-paced role.
The annual base salary range is $70,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, and plan travel for senior members of the firm
- Manage complex calendars, review email/correspondence, as directed monitor budget and respond as appropriate
- Process and manage confidential material and information with a high level of discretion
- Oversee and assist in email and written communications
- Coordinate with vendors and order office supplies
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience in a corporate environment, ideally professional services
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Office Management experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
