About the Opportunity
Our client is a prestigious private equity firm that is seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant for their Manhattan office. Responsibilities will include providing extensive calendar management and scheduling support, handling complex travel coordination with precision, and manage monthly expense reports efficiently as well as preparing necessary documents, like trackers, to support team activities. This role will be five days a week in the office.
The annual base salary range is $85,000 to $95,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain schedules and calendars
- Assist executives/others in scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
- Heavy calendar work coordinating executive complex travel domestically and internationally
- Prepare meeting agendas and make arrangements such as coordinating catering for various meetings
- Follow up on ad hoc projects and assignments
- Handle Personal Assistant duties as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
- 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
