We’re looking for a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our client’s growing, multi-specialty healthcare team serving patients across Suffolk County, Long Island. The annual base salary range is $75,000 to $90,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide individual and couples psychotherapy sessions to a diverse patient population
- Complete psychosocial assessments for referred patients
- Draft and maintain timely treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and the broader care team on shared patients
- Take part in group supervision twice a month
- Help educate patients on our patient-centered care model and available resources
- Travel between nearby clinic locations as needed
- Attend ongoing in-service training to stay current on best practices
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Active NYS LCSW license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
