About the Opportunity
Our client, a prestigious financial services firm based in Manhattan, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Research Coordinator to join their team. This individual will play a key role in supporting executives with seamless calendar management, travel coordination, and investor relations support in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
The Research Coordinator will maintain executives’ calendars, scheduling meetings and conference calls, responding to meeting requests, and resolving scheduling conflicts. This role also involves arranging domestic and international travel, keeping travel profiles current, and managing travel approvals for flights, hotels, and rental cars. The Research Coordinator will prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner, track follow-ups, and maintain investor databases, contact lists, and CRM entries.
The annual base salary range is $110,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain executives’ calendars, scheduling all meetings and conference calls, responding to e-mails and phone calls requesting meetings, resolving meeting conflicts and prioritization issues
- Arrange all aspects of domestic and international travel, keeping executives’ travel profiles up-to-date, managing approvals for any travel, and arranging flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Prepare and submit all expense reports on a timely basisTrack follow-ups and maintain investor databases, contact lists, and CRM entries
- Prepare, proofread, and format investor-facing materials (presentations, meeting briefs, call scripts, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of administrative experience in a corporate, professional services environment
- Strong communications skills
- PowerPoint skills are a plus
- Financial Services experience is preferred
